A little bit about ourselves and how to reach us.



Founded by a diverse team of IT, financial transaction and management professionals, ReadySet, like many companies, was born from the personal and professional experiences of the team members while working in large organizations. Cumulatively, the team has decades of experience in:

  1. field training and productivity enhancement,
  2. back-end transaction and account management software design, and
  3. Point of Service (POS) and embedded system integration and deployment.

In our case, the founders' professional interactions revolved around serving the same end-user demographic: low tenure, lightly skilled staff members in customer-facing positions employed in regulated industries with geographically dispersed footprints. Research indicated that technology, as the delivery channel for high quality and high frequency content, could be employed to more efficiently serve this demographic in terms of skills retention, motivation and engagement. It also helped manage certain labor costs that accumulated in this group, specifically: insurance and regulatory compliance.

The solution we developed is HuddleUp. It was developed and beta-tested for 28 months in the financial services vertical prior to commercialization. We intend to follow a similar "build and beta" roll-out strategy in the other verticals found on our site in order to calibrate the product to each vertical and document the individual case studies. ReadySet builds custom knowledge content on a purpose-built application layer which has been specifically designed to meet the requirements of the organizations we serve. While we do build proprietary software applications to assist us in our mission, we think of ourselves as service providers more so than software developers.
